Chicken Soup Self Care

What is Chicken Soup Self Care. The concept is basically centered around the fact that sometimes, there’s a lot going on, and you won’t always be able to take as much time to care for yourself as you might want. If you have a cold and you make yourself some chicken soup, it won’t cure your sickness, but it’ll make it more bearable.


I think this is something that we should all try to integrate into our lives. There have been many times recently that I’ve been so busy I forget to take a step back and do something for myself. It could be anything; do a facemask, read for a half an hour, go for a walk, listen to some music or express yourself artistically.


When you make time for things that you enjoy doing, it’s likely you’ll feel less stressed about all the pressing things on your mind.
